Grape Varieties: Vale do Chafariz white wine is produced by Tália, Verdelho, Antão Vaz and Arinto.
Harvest/Vinification: The grapes were harvested on a great period of maturity, providing the intensity aromatic, freshness and acidity desired. The fermentation was at controlled temperature at 16°C for 18 days.
Colour: Notes Citrus color.
Aroma: Well defined aromas.
Palate: Mineral flavor and tropical fruit.
Consumption Suggestion: Vale do Chafariz white wine goes well with grilled fish and meat dishes.
