Taste: Fresh and balanced wth a long and persistant final.
Vinification: Destemmed, must chilled, membrane pressed, cold settled, fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Alcohol degree: a 20º C – 13,5 (+/- 0.5)
Total acidity: 3 g/dm3
