Production: The grapes were picked by hand and kept at low temperatures, in a cold chamber, to minimize oxidation and quality loss. After static clarification ,during 48h, the grapes are transfer to a fermentation vat and the process takes place at 14ºC, during 3 weeks, approximately.
Colour: Citrus color.
Aroma: Displays aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, a set that excels in its freshness and aromas.
Palate: In the mouth, has a well balanced acidity and a pleasant persistence.
Service: We recommend to serve it at 10 - 12ºC.
