Climate: Mediterranean climate, with slight Continental tendencies during Spring/Summer.
Harvest: 28-8-2013, Manual harvest of 1,5 ha with 20 kgs boxes.
Winemaking: The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks and enden fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Stage: Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels with “batonnage”.
Colour: Citrine-coloured wine
Aroma: Very elegant, with hints of lime, dry fruits and a nice minerality.
Taste: Soft in the palate, very fresh.
Alcohol Content: 13%
