Designation: DOC Alentejo
Grape varieties: Aragonez and Alfrocheiro
Vinification: The grapes are vinified separately, being driven to rotating deposits of fermentation "Vinimatic", where they remain 4 hours, in low rotation, in order to obtain a gentle extraction of color. After this period the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where it remains about 12 months until the "degorgement"

Tasting Notes
Aroma: With the aromatic potential of Aragonez and Alfrocheiro, this sparkling wine has a rich aroma of plums and fresh cherries with a nice mineral touch.
Palate: In the mouth is balanced and fine bubble, with an excellent acidity. Forming an elegant and persistent set with a perfume to Alentejo.
Gastronomy: Between 7 and 9º C, with seafood and fish.
