Vinification: The harvest was handpicked, and the grapes completely destemmed and fermented in conic vats.
Ageing: The wines stages in stainless stell vats and, after that, in French oak barrels for 8 months.
Color: Displays garnet colour.
Aroma: Aromas full of mature fruit and violets, well rounded but at the same time, fresh. Palate: Harmonious, very full, very good concentration.
Service: We recommend to serve it at 16 - 18ºC.
